Apparently the women's quota just the big topic in the blog: Nessy and Kaltmamsell have missed it.
short I said, I am opposed to women's quota. The reasons are a colorful mishmash of the naive belief that women who want to have a leadership role, this reach can consider that a "quota" of discrimination is a lot worse than it actually is (Kaltmamsell calls it the pride of violation of duty women) and the romantic notion that many women do so do to a leadership position, because the side effects are just great.
An argument in favor of women's quota, which also excites me to think, I have heard from a. (and one is taken literally): Gender equality is, among other things, if not just stupid / incompetent but ambitious Men end up in leadership positions, but also as stupid / incompetent but ambitious women create this problem.
Btw: The discussions in the comments should be led also to the mind.
